No. It's not goal-oriented. It's just about the feeling of having to do or undergo any twisted, depraved thing that other people want. Where I don't matter except as an object. The more and longer that feeling builds, the better.
Of course, when I wake up from a dream like that, I usually get permission for a good wank, or Ianto fucks me, and that puts a nice end on it.
